Ordered mine from a ready-made drop and originally received the wrong tentacle model, however the staff were really nice, quick to respond and sort the issue out!!

Still took me a bit to get around to trying it out but it was well worth it. While the upright tentacle doesn't seem to do much for me personally in itself it does keep the grind focused at the most pleasurable part of it's horizontal counterpart.
