The Tentacle: Knot

This toy went through hell and back to get delivered to my house. There were issues shipping it and the box came damaged but throughout it all the customer service was peak. The kind people here emailed me personally to explain the issue and then offered compensation. As for the toy itself it has a great design and even the small one is quite large personally speaking. My issue with this toy personally is that I think the base is too small which makes it hard to hold onto, as well as I was disappointed with the fade of mine. I chose mine in king fisher and 'denim' which no longer exists on this website so I have no idea if the color is accurate. I was sad to see that the majority of the toy is one color leaving only a little of the king fisher at the top. It's rather sad because the colors are gorgeous I just would have liked to see more of an even fade. Overall the products from this company are still top-notch and designed well I think my only issue is still with the colors and how they pour their silicone.

This is the first toy I've gotten from UC, and I can't wait to get more. It's beautiful and poured in very high quality silicon, and customer service was great.

Very detailed pretty design, perfect texture and squish it also has a nice heft that makes it feel very sturdy!

I absolutely love it. It took less than 3 weeks for my order to be made and delivered, I think that's really good for a hand-made item. I ordered a mix of the glow-in-the-dark colors and they don't disappoint, they look really nice. I also really like the way it feels I love the super-soft material. All in all very happy and I will order again :D Thanks Ed for making such a great toy for me! It also came with a tiny version of the toy; got to love this seller. Finally, also the customer support is truly excellent! The toy that I got initially had a tiny imperfection and I promptly got a replacement without any hassle at all. It was a very pleasant experience.

Im reviewing purely based off how it looks when I got it. It got here in a few weeks after ordering which is cool. I accidentally chose the wrong address and tried to change it after ordering but they never saw my email, however it ended up working out so I can't really complain. The soft texture is nice, it's not hard but not floppy. I chose color fade (green tip to sea smoke) but it seems they were out of sea smoke as it's mostly green and the base is green, which isn't awful but not what I expected. There's also some little air bubbles in it but overall it seems good quality. I'd like to order again if i could be more sure of the colors I'm getting.
