The quality of the material is exceptional. I got medium firmness, in size Large and it was perfect. I love the colours of the pour, the fade into the tip is placed just at the right part that makes it seem even more realistic. To top everything off, the customer service is the best I've ever had. Got it in large with soft firmness and it might just be my favorite so far! The head and the knot were fun to play with, and it was a good size for me without being too much (because I have kind of a bad habit of overestimating how much I'm up for on a given day)
