I paid for the UC Trademark and the Arbora I got looked nothing like it. UC agreed and not only sent me a replacement immediately but let me keep the old one which I gifted to a friend!

The new one was perfect but didn't come with a syringe, which was fair enough as they'd already sent me one with the first, but I'd given it away with the old toy. I emailed to ask what size I was supposed to get... and they sent me another for nothing along with some more mini dildos!

This was above and beyond, and Jade was so lovely by email too. What an absolutely wonderful company.

I want to start off by saying I will absolutely be ordering from Uncover creations again! The communication was amazing and Jade was very kind, patient, and understanding! Royal mail had a huge crash right after my order was shipped and it took much longer to arrive. I thought it wasn't going to arrive at all based on tracking information! Jade spoke to me and was one of the kindest people I've ever had the pleasure of talking to! She offered to send replacements and had already started on that process! Thankfully my order arrived right before anything else was shipped!
These pieces are absolutely gorgeous! I ordered the surprise me color for both the grinder and the Arbora and I am not disappointed at all! The small Void was a complete surprise and just as beautiful! Everything was absolutely worth the wait but I will definitely be using the better mailing option next time! I could go on all day but I'll end by saying I would recommend this company to ANYONE looking to get a fantasy toy!

I actually had a mix up with this order and ended up with a solid x-small instead of the surprise me premium with cum tube upgrade that I ordered. I sent pictures to Jade, and they quickly sent me a replacement for free. My first order won the get ripped open by customs lottery but the replacement did not. There is nothing Uncover Creations can do about this sort of situation and Jade thought that my box arriving ripped open the first time around was fairly common. It’s a little disconcerting to see your order ripped open but I was reassured that it was probably just a routine thing. Jade was very patient, empathetic and helpful. 10/10 for customer service alone! You’ve earned a return customer.
As for the Arbora itself: the ribbing really feels great with every stroke. The subtle knot together with that ribbing is just *chef’s kiss* Additionally, the pointed tip makes inserting it easy. It’s good for “warming up” for bigger toys thanks to the pointy tip. I haven’t tried “riding” yet, but with the solid base, I anticipate an easy “ride”. I selected the cum tube upgrade after reading multiple reviews saying that it was “a wise upgrade” or “the cum tube upgrade was worth it!” Having tried it myself, I definitely like it so far. My attempts to press the plunger at the same time I “finish” have not been very successful so far, but that’s due to inexperience on my part. I’m enjoying the process of learning how to get maximum enjoyment out of my arbora.
I didn’t have any creative vision in mind when I selected the surprise me premium colours. I got a beautiful teal marbled with a pale, pearly pink. It’s beautiful. Some reviews complain because they had a specific colour scheme in mind. If you are really hung up on colour, pay a little extra to select your own colours. It’s worth it. I have been very happy with all the pour jobs I’ve received whether I wanted trademark colours, my own custom blend or random colours.
I already ordered another grinder and another dildo from this company. I don’t mind waiting a few extra weeks because of increased orders and shipping times. I know that this company is run by great people who care about their products and their customers satisfaction through experience. If you are on the fence about ordering from Uncover Creations, stop hesitating. This is a great company to order from!

First time ordering a custom toy of any kind and a first time customer of this brand, though definitely not a last! I got the medium size + soft (since a review recommended it). It’s a very textured dildo with all of those ridges and its shape is pretty unique, so it took me a little bit to figure out how to use it, but when I did, it gave me my first ever vaginal orgasm. I felt obligated to give it five stars after that! Be warned that the medium size is pretty girthy; I was able to make it work, but it might be worth sizing down if you think it’d be too much.
