Model: The Angel Grinder
Winner of our Design a Grinder II competition. Hundreds of entries in, cut to 40, cut to 10, and this one came out on top after the public vote.
Thom spent a genuinely unreasonable amount of time on the colour scheme (ask him, he will bring it up unprompted, possibly mid conversation about something else entirely) before landing on this one. Deep red fading down into a molten, sunrise sort of gold, with individually sculpted feather quills layered over each other in these sweeping directional strokes, like the whole thing was caught mid flap. A white highlight on the nubs framed by all that red and gold. The colour combinations on this one are going to be amazing.
And it's not just a pretty face. This is our first full size grinder with a hollow hole running straight through, so it works for two of you, or slide your favourite dildo through and it stops being just a grinder. Vibrating upgrade available if you want to raise the stakes further.

Comes with two black nylon straps already fitted (1m each, quick side release buckles) so you can strap The Angel to a pillow, your hand, a thigh, a forearm, wherever works, and grind the night away hands free if that's the plan.
A note on lube and finish
Grinding goes better with lube. That's just physics (probably). Get a good water based lube, use more than you think you need, and you're set.
Even better than expected! The bumps on the top give the perfect texture and something rigid to grind on, and as a bigger girl who's downstairs carries some weight, sometimes grinders can be hard to use. Not the Angel! Absolutely flawless, though can be hard to clean.
I'm the designer of the Angel grinder and oh my god it turned out so pretty! It's so cool to see a drawing I made come to life! I asked for a coloration that's similar to what my drawing looked like (a soft gradient between pearl and gold marble) and they did a phenomenal job with it! I also really love the silky smooth finish (as far as I know it has sadly been retired) which makes it smooth like fabric when you rub over it with a finger instead of the typical almost sticky feel silicone can have.
Also I'm not sure if they did this because I'm the contest winner but I wanted to note that they included a few minis of their grinders and dildos in my package AND it somehow arrived within like one or two days going from the UK to Europe mainland after it was produced which was kinda crazy.

OMfuckingG, it was amazing! The Angel is my first grinder and my first purchase from UC, both are out of this world. I have received their emails for sometime and voted for Angel when the contest came around. I have always enjoyed how fantastic the emails are, the fact that it's so community driven is really lovely. Ordering, shipping, and everything in between was seamless and easy. The Angel itself is so so gorgeous! I got surprise me colours, they aren't colours I would have choose however it does look lovely. I have like a half and half situation going on but it's not quite down the middle which kinda makes my eye twitch however that is definitely a me thing :) My first experience was fantastic, really blew my mind. Can't wait to add another one to my new collection 🖤
It is everything I hopped it would be. The pearl color makes it "angelic", and the bullet makes it so pleasant to use.
First off: being able to change up and out which dildo I’m in the mood for? Game changer. Love it.
Second: the bullet being a slot underneath is vastly superior to the other grinders where you insert it up into a hole. I had no trouble getting the bullet in and out, and the vibes cover a bigger area.
Third: SO easy to clean. I love that it doesn’t have a ton of deep or complicated grooves that make cleaning it difficult.
Basically: my new favorite companion with tons of ability for variety and easy to clean and pack up for another day!
