How long will my order take?
Almost everything we make is made to order, properly, by hand, just for you (the exceptions are our Ready Made pieces, which are sat ready to go). So if your order is custom, or a mix of Ready Made and custom, the whole lot joins the queue.
How long the queue is depends entirely on how well the marketing team is doing their job that week. On average we aim to make and ship every order in under 10 days.
If you're impatient (no judgement, we get it), you can pick Express + Queue Jump at checkout. It shoves your order to the front of the line and sends it out with a faster, premium courier.
How can I track my order?
The moment your order leaves us, you'll get an email with a tracking number and a link to follow it on its way to you. Refreshing that page every twenty minutes is completely normal behaviour and we will not judge you for it.
I've given you the wrong address. Help.
Right, no panic. Contact us as fast as you can and we should be able to fix it before anything moves. If it's already shipped, still get in touch and we'll see what we can do.
Can I combine multiple orders?
Yep. If you've ordered more than once and want it all in one parcel, just give us a shout and we'll make sure everything ships together. We'll even refund one of the shipping charges, because paying twice to post to the same address is silly and we know it.
Is your packaging discreet?
Extremely. Everything goes out in plain, boring boxes with zero branding and nothing on the outside that hints at what's inside. Your postie won't know. Whoever happens to be home won't know. Your nosy neighbour will assume you've ordered something deeply uninteresting. That's the idea.
Which couriers do you use?
A few different ones, depending on where you are and what gets it to you quickest. You'll find out who's bringing your parcel once it's been dispatched (it'll be right there in your tracking email).
What if I'm out when my order arrives?
If you're not in, the driver will usually try to leave it somewhere safe. If they can't, you'll either get an email with the next steps or a card through the door. If it ends up at a local collection point, it'll sit there for 7 days before heading back to us. Take the delivery notification (the card, text or email) plus photo ID matching the delivery address when you go to collect it.
What if my order doesn't arrive when I expect it to?
First, check your tracking link, it usually has the answer. But if your parcel is more than 5 working days late, contact us and we'll chase it up for you.
What's your returns and refunds policy?
Because of what we make and exactly where it ends up, we can't take back anything that's been opened or used (hygiene, obviously, and we're sure you get it). But if something turns up faulty, damaged or just plain not what you ordered, contact us and we'll sort it properly.
